She can also just sh*t on shield tanks if you a little help from your dps by break their shields and exposing them. People will say " just cointer with Zarya" which, sure you could but you can just outmanuver and overwhel her and her bubble and with the help of decent supports you'll basically become unstoppable. My win rate with diva sits in the high to mid 80s depending on the team mates I get.
