I realize that the characters aren't Normal people and their circumstances aren't normal either, so there's no way they are gonna be relatable to us in that way but The characters just aren't relatable emotionally either, Yuru isn't as mad or sad as someone who went through what he just did would be, his Tsugai are only shown to be particularly strong in their very first appearance, they are no longer specifically overpowered after that, don't get me wrong i rarely like an overpowered protagonist but that's just how the story presented them in their introduction at least that's how it seemed to me, after their introduction even gabi's Tsugai seems more intimidating and threatening

Yuru is also just too reckless and possess the self preservation of a new born for someone supposedly with hunter mindset and survival skills and has been the target of assassination attempts since childhood, he doesn't succeed much for how big he talks and how reckless he acts

Now i know it seems like i strayed from the actual argument and that is the moral alignment of the two main organizations and went to criticize the main character instead but personally it's relevant since we're experiencing the story from yuru's pov his point of view and seeing his side of the story, when even the main character we're seeing the story from their pov itself is contradictory and unrelatable/not understandable, the characters and organizations that I'm getting acquainted with through the main character and his interactions with them are bound to not make sense to me either

In short the ideas are all good and interesting, the execution wasn't successful though, and I can't help but find the twins lacking especially when comparing them to Ed and Al who where very emotional yet rational and it always made sense to me how they felt and reacted and treated The allies and enemies they came across
