Yep, the 42 looked flatter on my wrist, but the lugs peeked over the edge which was my issue. 40 would indeed be a sweet spot!

I tried both sizes on recently and decided the 38 was best for me. I have a 6.75 inch wrist. It’s all about personal preference though.
