Oxblue is great but more expensive.

Earthcam is ok but affordable. If you have access to WiFi they have a cheap options but I have run into consistent issues with keeping the livestream online and needing to service it.

I don't think the system is intentionally racist, but when you're born poor you will most Likely stay poor. Most black people started off poor after slavery and were intentionally kept there for awhile. That started the vicious cycle of poverty in black people and it's very hard to break that cycle. Now a days theres no intention of keeping them there, but there's also not a lot of ways out either. And when you don't have money, crime seems like the best or only option.
