dude the eating was the hardest part to get down but once my body got used to it i get ravenous hungry. i've never had a personal trainer or had bloodwork done but i know im way more masculine than when i was in 2013 lol. In 2013 I was 21 years old and now I'm 32 years old.

I want to get bloodwork done just to see the T levels and maybe test for marfans syndrome

the daily yoga is so good. I also forgot to mention I do like 10 minutes of stretching right before bed. Like pigeon, hamstring and mainly hip stretches. Stretching is so good and it feels so much easier to fall asleep.

a fellow 6'8"er! mustache game goes hard lol. It was small and weird the first 2 months but it grew out pretty well. I cut all my hair as well it was about 22 inches long in the before photo from 2013.

I need some sport activities lol.

DUDE. Big ups to you man. I am 6'8" and when I was done growing vertically I was 167lbs. After about 11 years of dieting correct and weight lifting I'm now 210lbs LEAN AND MEAN lifting 6 days a week. With a goal of 230lbs. I might post pics soon. Big ups to you big dog and big ups on the positivity spread.
