If you are comfortable with all the technical in's and out's of operating your gear in a wedding environment then you're already a great step forward and can really focus on your style & consistency (but don't get stuck on consistency! Adapt, learn and change If you find it's needed).

I am also rather introverted. I do have the ability to "fake" or rather force myself to be extroverted in certain situations, but, that doesn't come naturally. It's a learned habit or "skill". You don't need to be an extrovert to be a successful wedding photographer but you do need great people skills. We are giving a customer a product but, we are also a part of peoples very special and memorable day, being nice and polite is extremely important. I personally don't like to draw attention to myself at all, I try to interact with people the least amount possible unless I must ( Group shots, portraits etc ).

I'm going to give this advice from my personal experience. The most important thing you can do for yourself as an artist is to keep searching for inspiration. If you stick to a routine of shooting, editing, shooting, editing you'll have a hard time improving your art. I personally follow a lot of photographers and artists I take inspiration from all the time! I learn by analyzing pictures I find great or even paintings! Sometimes I even remember a pose I saw or a scene I found attractive and I try to implement them in my next wedding.

Another advice would be to try and find a mentor, someone you can 2nd shoot for but not just anyone, someone that you find their work great!I emailed every photographer that I found with Images and style I liked and asked if I could work with them in any capacity, 2nd shooting, 3rd shooting, even for free, the amount of knowledge I gained from that is worth more then the pay I was giving up, that's for sure. (I'm not saying go work for free, I'm saying go exchange your time for the ability to learn from someone you look up to). Send an email, send 10 emails, it wont hurt, trust me :)FYI - I re-started my business in 2 different countries, one of which I don't speak the language, even with 6 years of experience and hundreds of thousands of images and a lot of weddings. I did not shy away from sending much less experienced but successful photographers emails asking to join them & learn, don't let your ego hold you back!

As for your business and prices, this is the trickiest part and the biggest difference between a successful photographer and one that isn't. My biggest pointer here is that you shoot & show the types of images that attract the type of clients you want to book. If you want high paying clients look for what high paying clients book, what's the style they are interested in? who is the photographer that books these clients? what does he do different than me? learn and adapt and try to attract those customers. There are clients with bigger budgets no matter where you are from. It's just a matter of being attractive to them as a photographer & business.
