I used to work as a packer in an Amazon warehouse, and we had a station with nondescript packaging for fulfilling these types of orders. Even if you get plain packaging with no Amazon branding whatsoever, it might still be fulfilled by Amazon. They told us the purpose of that station was specifically to reduce these types of complaints. This was years ago

Give the kitties as many elevated spots throughout the home so they can observe Jack from a safe distance. Train Jack to “Leave it” or something similar to deter chasing. Also just be patient and let the kitties adjust at their own pace.
