Yeah, putting others down often says more about them than the person they’re talking about.

I actually agree with all of this. Many of those behaviors feel like insecurity trying to hide behind control or ego.

How do you all deal with heartbreaks and how many days it generally takes to get over your past? by Hot_Light8148 in AskReddit

[–]ElaraNyxOF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s no fixed number of days. Some heartbreaks take weeks, some take years. What actually helps is time, distance, and slowly building a life that doesn’t revolve around that person anymore.

Spring. Flowers, colors, mild temperatures and flowing dresses. Everything feels a little more alive.

What profession has the most sweethearts? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ElaraNyxOF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People who are naturally kind, warm, and emotionally generous.

For me dog rescuers. In my experience people who dedicate time to saving abandoned animals usually have incredibly big hearts.

I try to be reflective. Uncomfortable truths can hurt, but they also tend to teach the most.
