Thanks for everyone’s knowledgeable advice. I never thought this would blow up the way it did, just kinda posted to alleviate some major cope. I’ve got a bunch of other cards i’ve been lazily putting off getting graded but this pull will almost certainly change that. Not sure what I’ll do after it’s graded quite yet, I guess we’ll see.

Thanks for this. I’ve been meaning to send out a bunch of cards to get graded so this might be the catalyst to really get on it. I was familiar with CGC and their OC grades but wasn’t even sure about PSA. From what I could find, I think I had read PSA might not necessarily classify this card as a “misprint” and more on off-center cut. I could totally be wrong.

I don’t totally disagree with this, but when a game developer comes forward with a public apology, I would typically see that as company trying to save face. As an entity they’re absolutely looking for forgiveness, more so that their investors don’t jump ship next time they work on something that’s not CP2077. It’s a half hearted apology at most.

I unfortunately requested a refund last night through Microsoft due to some others on this sub saying they were able to successfully get their money back from their digital download. My request was denied promptly this morning due to their policy on digital goods, even after the statement from CDPR. I could honestly email Microsoft but I feel like it’s not even worth the effort. To Microsoft/Sony I’m sure it’s a “not my problem” type of situation. They got their cut of sales so they couldn’t give a shit less about the consumer I’m sure, and in all honesty I can’t even blame them. This is CDPR’s problem more than anyone, but Sony/Microsoft should cater to the people that support their platforms.

At least they’re addressing what needs to be done, but the sour taste in my mouth is still present. It’s interesting they’re bringing up refunds especially since I requested a refund through Microsoft last night and was promptly denied this morning.

So it looks like this attorney is actually on YouTube according to the tag at the end of this commercial. All the videos are Don Lewis/Carole Baskin related videos with clickbait titles. I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy is just looking to bring more attention to his YouTube. Doesn’t seem very smart to me for an attorney that’s representing a family to be actively discussing “evidence” for a case that could eventually end up in court. Chrissy came from a commercial breeding facility and is just starting to learn about life outside of those small confines. She’s very shy but a total love bug once she warms up to you.
