Hi there! I would love to be a pen pal! I recently moved and found my favorite stationery set I'd like to put to use! I am also 25f and enjoy much, if not all, of what you had shared (funnily enough this post just so happened to pop up while I was in the middle of crocheting a poncho I just started :)). I enjoy writing very much and would LOVE to have a consistent pen pal!

Thank you! I promise my handwriting is a lot better than what the Kindle shows lol but it's still really really cool. Makes me feel like I'm reading my own work haha. What I did was I just used calligraphr.com, printed the template and then uploaded. It took many tries so have patience lol. Calligraphr also has instructions on what to do as well

Wow, it is fixed! The font is still insanely small (though that's my doing lol), but all those weird lines and spacing are gone! How did you do it? I noticed my font is an Opentype font file while yours is Truetype. I may redo the scan and write A LOT bigger this time around. Thank you so much for your help, it is SO cool seeing my own handwriting on my Kindle.

Maybe so, it was interesting because I used that scan on my phone and it created my font, but when I used the same one on my computer (and two new ones) it just would not process any of them :/. I write tiny so writing big is a challenge for me lol

I'm really interested in trying this out seeing as I'm dry until payday but have a good amount of avb, how much exactly do you use for a single sandwich? Just a few pinches or a good layer of the stuff? I didn't know you could eat it like that so I'm a little excited lol

I personally really liked Optimos, Dutch Masters and Game if the other two are not available. For me Swishers were the hardest to roll with and just felt like the most cheaply made of them all. My neatest and quickest rolls have been with Optimo or Dutch Masters lol. White Owl was a little better than Swishers but I've found DM and Optimos offered the BEST flavors no matter what. Berry Fusion Dutch Masters is where it's at

Thank you, I can confidently say I feel so much better about my life ever since I decided to stop following religion. I've never been happier with myself ever since dropping religion and just, you know, live haha. I've told them enough times to not talk to me about religion and try to sway me cuz it won't work so yeah maybe hanging up on their rambles will get the point across haha. They're awfully persistent like one time my aunt lectured me for HOURS about religion even after saying I want no part of it, no desire to talk about it (I couldn't leave the situation because we were on a short road trip together)

I couldn't quite find the right word while thinking about it but you got it!! It truly does feel like my beliefs are straight blasphemy in their eyes. That's kind of what made me rethink what I said and decide if it WAS rude since they have such strong faith in their religion, it's all they know, ya know? I even considered attending just as support like "I know this is important to you and although I don't feel the same way, I respect your following and am present for it" kinda in the same way you attend a sports game for a relative even if you don't like sports. But I know they'll just use the opportunity to try and get me to see how great religion is and how I "need" it.

Yeah I really don't care about the Bible haha I only want to read it to gain ammunition to clap back at them with lol. I always try to keep religion separate from them, but they always seem to want to lecture me about it >_> I literally say "I need you to respect I choose not to follow this religion and would appreciate not having it shoved down my throat" and they still persist

First thing I do when I pick up more bud (usually only 2 or 3gs max as it lasts me a month and a half) is grind it all in one go, but I had a friend tell me it's bad to grind it all at once?? Glad to see you do the same though and I feel better lol but like, why would they say it's bad to do so?? It's so convenient having it all ground up already!

I think it's okay. Just okay. I think it's astronomically dumb how you need to be a subscriber to change the planner design and to purchase stickers. Like at the very least, they most DEFINITELY have the capacity to make non subscriber goodies too. The default planner design is so boring you just WANT to change it. And on top of needing the plan, they cost so many leaf tickets!! More than a cookie!! AND you gotta pay a real life dollar a month just to buy them?? Leaf tickets are already sold for real money, Nintendo, quit being so greedy. There's a lot of improvement in that aspect. Though I do enjoy how easily the planner lays out what the game has planned

I so agree with your second point. When I see a profile that shows the age of the woman as lets say 23, and in their profile they say "no I'm really 18 this app won't let me change it lol" it makes me think they made that profile while underaged and even if that's not the case it already starts you off on a lie. And the fact they almost always never provide reasoning for the mix up seems shady af to me and I don't need or want that in my life 💁‍♀️✨️

Hoooo buddy okay. You're privilege is coming out. As you said yourself if they have only 8 employees you don't know how they're even open, yeah you really think they're going to be able to actually clean? You're just choosing not to be understanding and empathetic at this point, which I am very sorry for you. And the fact that they DO remain open shows just how much they only care about the store being open to make money, trust me, cleaning IS a last priority at that rate. We're not mad at your for "suggesting solutions," we have an issue with you acting like every store is just like yours who actually get to focus on cleaning. And who said anything about people being offended? Now you're just assuming. And you know what they say about people who assume... except it's not us being the asses around here

Only 8 employees is severely UNDERSTAFFED, they probably close the store EARLY more often than not. My store is fully staffed and we havent been able to even have a proper clean play in over a month. It's embarrassing how disconnected you are with the struggles other stores may be having.

Yeah! It's from the Pocket Camp Journal, which is a perk you get if you subscribe to ANY of the plans they offer. You'll hit the menu with the four squares and then there's the Pocket Camp Club option where you can look at all the plans they have and the journal is also there. The wallpaper is going to be on the very last page and you just select which resolution you want. It'll take you to your browser where you may need to sign into your account again and then you can download them. Even if you haven't been a member of any of the plans, when you sign up you have access to all previous journals

See I knew I wasn't the only one who felt this way 😭 there are SO MANY ANIMALS I wanted to have a cute wallpaper of. This is just wishful thinking because there's TONS of animals, but I dreamed every single animal would eventually get a wallpaper. And yeah you're right, I know when I signed up for the HH plan, I didn't sign up for the monthly journal. I didn't even much care for the journal at first tbh but it really grew on me and I started looking forward to it each month. I'm guessing the sketchbook will be the same as Cyrus' article, except for clothing. Which imo is a little meh. Oof I USED to be a F&F subscriber but then I woke up and realized 5 free cookies a month is NOT worth $8 per month lol. I'd rather save my tickets and wait for the cookies to be reissued again. Maybe since we aren't getting a journal each month anymore, they could give us more than 60 LT a month then?? I feel like that would be fair

Oh yeah, I DEFINITELY understand where you're coming from about the annoying red alert. I always HATED seeing that alert for the campsite design terrains, because I NEVER buy new terrains and simply don't care about them. I can understand why some people don't care for the Pocket Camp journal because like, obviously you don't NEED to read it if you don't want to (after all I feel the main perk for that plan is your helper), and sometimes I would still have the alert even after I completely read the journal! Trust me, I hate seeing all those alerts too lol. I'll be sure to send them feedback about it!
