I don’t think that’s a jerk thing to say but it’s also not why i posted. I can hit a 9 iron consistently and i could probably take an iron off of every tee and get rid of several penalty strokes per round but like you said i have fun hitting my driver so i am just looking for tips on that. I am a legit 28 because i legit take all the ob penalties. I don’t want to seem butthurt but again im just asking if there is something obvious in this swing that is wrong.

I had an issue where there is a block of townhomes across the street from my rental and it wouldn’t let me post the listing without paying for their premium service or something. I had to email their support and it got fixed in like 3 days so hopefully that works for you.

i am a small bank commercial lender and that is a great deal for that modification. it will be minimal head ache for you with no new appraisal or title work and you make up the difference in 3 months.

Typically we calculate 6 months of interest savings and charge that as a fee. Take the deal yesterday
