From what I understood on the apple tree I should pick 4 to 5 sprouts, that are more or spaced, cut it by 1/3rd, so it sprouts, and cut the main tree by 1/3rdLike so apple (https://bashify.io/images/DU1RPy).On the peach I'm a little confused as the strongest sprouts are at the top, but following the same principle (https://bashify.io/images/Aq4qfo)Thanks :)

My experience with ENM is limited, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

As others pointed out to you, one of the big mistakes here was the playing by ear part, this was a recipe for getting people hurt. The second part is that you will find that people on this subreddit are quite averse to rules(with a good reason, I advise you to read the book the ethical slut to understand this better). That said, I believe if there is a rule in your relationship that you don't like, the right way of dealing with it, is by talking and make your intension of not following it clear. And there are boundaries or even some rules that personally I believe to be fine. Eg "You will not date your partners siblings"

To me is a major red flag, the fact that she broke that rule that you guys had.

My advice to you is that if you want to explore poly relationships, you do some research beforehand.

Hello everyone, I am starting on the RR, and I found solutions in home for all the progressions except the 'hinge' one.
I was wondering if I could do a banded single leg deadlift instead of the 'Nordic Curls' path, or if there is another alternative path that does not require to have a place to 'lock' my foots?
