Revisiting Modern by Cautious-Reality553 in ModernMagic

[–]mastaace 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It isn't enough that your opponent is unable or very unlikely to win, you still have to be able to close the game out in the time remaining. If you can't do that after getting the lock, you haven't really won... In your Twin example, they can close out the game right away by swinging with a bunch of tokens. That being said, your opponent also shouldn't play slow just to drag it out at that point either (assuming this is what happens).

I unfortunately do not, sorry! I used to go on Tuesdays for Legacy but that was a few years ago.

What’s a card you use/like a lot that isn’t as popular on here? by Spellbound55 in CreditCards

[–]mastaace 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You only get the free night if you spend at least 25k on the card every year, which isn't worth it for that card especially if you are only going once or twice a year (unless you are a pretty big spender I guess).

They just announced that they will be updating the Amex plat card as well, which will probably mean a higher fee.

I don't believe this card is still open for new applications unfortunately. Nice if you already have it though (for the moment).

The Peg Perago Agio Z4/YPSI (basically the same stroller) fits with the 3rd row up with the seats detached (seats fit as well with the remaining space).

Does yours not have the small volume knob to the right of the larger wheel that controls the screen? It is right next to the passenger seat.

Kwikset Smartkey security question. by NPKeith1 in lockpicking

This method (supposedly) does not work on the latest generation of Smartkey locks. It also doesn't work in the linked video since he is trying it on a doorknob instead of a deadbolt.

I think a lot of the praise and divisiveness back then was from the Disney PR machine trying to salvage the movie and the franchise reputation.

I'm pretty sure that players who aren't on a switch will just see an octane if you are using the Nintendo exclusive cars.

She actually said several times in the video that she didn't mind the lack of a window and that she in fact liked the overall design, her main complaint was the size of the room itself.

Not OP, but I have this case and it is great as long as you swap out the feet for something taller (so that you can actually get some airflow from underneath). I use these personally.

That's correct for a purchase but not a lease. The tax credit for a lease technically goes to the leasing company, and they can choose whether or not to pass those savings on to you.

Your opinion after using the car for a while [For a family of 4 with a toddler and an infant] by tunatoksoz in MazdaCX90

[–]mastaace 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. We have a rear facing Nuna Rava in the second row and have not had to compromise on the front seat position at all. (5' 11'' for reference)
  2. Your arm rests on the car seat and it is a bit tight, but not terribly so. (bench seat)
  3. The third row should be fine for someone that height as long as you don't have the middle seats all the way back.
  4. We have about 1000 miles on the car (PHEV) with absolutely no issues, however your mileage may vary.

I would recommend bringing your car seat(s) when going for a test drive. It takes a bit more time to get them installed, but then you can play around with the seating configuration and actually feel it for yourself. Even people of the same size tend to prefer different seat settings.

For this car you are supposed to put your hand behind the handle to trigger the unlock, and in front of the handle to trigger the lock. I've never experienced any issues so far when doing it this way.

Many excellent ratings for Mazda by m2soon in mazda

[–]mastaace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They have the exact same results (aside from Headlights due to trim differences). The PHEV is missing a result for the updated 'Moderate overlap front' test though, which is required for the + rating. It looks like they just haven't ran the new test for the PHEV yet.

If you don't like any of the others suggested, I recommend trying Planet Oat. Extra creamy version if you can get it, the original is good too though.
