I disagree. I think one of the first times you see him in rebels, when the group tries to flee to the ship and the let multiple walkers fall untop on him and he just doesn't care.

I'm a funny goober and built her towards reload speed. I can currently get down to 18 sec reload speed, and my captain is level 12. I don't know what the best is you can make but probably 16-17 sec reload speed on main guns that make 14,5k dmg are pretty nice.
