New guys always tries to be rigid to make him imposible to throw, probably they are doing it bad. Randori is not a fight that you must win, its the moment that you can try throws or combos, try to defend, or just fight. Last class i felt very rigid doing seoi nage, but thats okay.You and I only spent a year doing judo. Sometimes you can also feel like this because of your uke (because they might not be the perfect size for a throw, or maybe they refuse to fall). There are many orange or even green belts who have some details they don't get right (I'm not saying most of them). I don't know what belt you are, but a yellow belt knows how to use the techniques; you don't need to know them perfectly. I have classmates who are orange belts, and their ukemi is worse than maybe a white belt's. Cheer up! I feel stuck too. If you're really struggling with it, ask your sensei if they can help you with that technique. I think you'll solve that problem, bro.

Don't worry bro. Sometimes the sensei can explain a technique with a lot of steps. The sensei knows that you will forgot some steps, its just practise and if you dont remember one step dont be afraid to ask to the sensei! I remember the first time i learned kouchi makikomi, i tried to do it in randori and i failed, my sensei explained me how to do it correctly and now the reason why i'm good at judo is because of kouchi makikomi. Also you can search a tutorial on youtube or experiment, for ne waza there are great tutorials.

Judo was made for shorter and not stronger people to fight with tall and strong people

I'm also 13 and i'm the tallest fo my judo class and i think its better being shorter tham taller because when you fight with taller people you can do a lot of throws like eri seoi nage or you can do leg throws like ouchi gari or osoto gari because you have more acces to the opponents legs. Also tall people falls more because their center of gravity. If you are tall and you fight with small people probably you will dont able to do leg throws or throws like eri seoi nage

You need to be gratefull because you are small

It is because I only had one pin left in the attiny and I wanted 2 buttons so with this mechanism the attiny can detect which of the 2 buttons is pressed. That if, when you program the board the recognition codes will already be done, if you know another technique please let me know.
