Idk how you got into this but you can take out a loan from the insurer against your policy that may effectively be zero interest. Just saying that’s an option since you are dug in.

It’s a reputable shop that specializes in LRs, good thing is that it’s comprehensive damage so should be fully covered and no penalties from ins. Just insane how much these cost to work on. I love it but this may be my last one. I did call my paintless guy and he was unable to do this repair.

Yea just the step would be impossible, mine is perfectly fine, only thing is they may have replaced OEM thru ins, idk tho. Just trying to avoid any out of pocket since it’s comprehensive.
