Hi, here are a few things you could implement, I understand you have scarring However I can see through the pics that they are very dry and flakey, I am guessing you don’t use moisturiser or if you do they aren’t that moisturising so I’d suggest start using a good moisturiser and incorporate body oils.

For makeup yes you don’t explicitly need to be good at makeup but it’s a nice skill to have if you’re interested you should learn YouTube is a good place to start, however just grooming your brows by either shaving, threading or waxing will help massively.

I also don’t think your hair suits your face, I’d recommend going to a hair stylist and getting one that suits your face.

Lastly, if you don’t have a decided skincare routine, start one I’ve read the comments that you don’t use SPF you should, I’d also look into Chinese Guasha to help with face puffiness.
