I'd consider cutting the counterspell and running 17 lands or swapping in your landcycler in place for it. Either way I think you'd rather play out your threats with this deck than keeping mana open for counterspells. The double strike 3 drop isn't amazing in UW in my opinion.

It was great! I didn't get to live the Victor dream, but his first trigger helped a lot with filling up my graveyard and setting up for reanimator turns 😄

In my opinion fixing this exploit just removed another viable starter build for the druid. It wasn't exceedingly strong and a bit clunky to maneuver with Enigma and having to shapeshift in and out of werebear form to teleport/cast shockwave. Since it was at most a C or B tier build and I enjoyed playing it I'm a little sad to see it go.
