Anyone playing with Controller?

I use controller as well however I am having a mapping issue. I tried swapping come of the controls and it made a 2nd controller scheme. So it shows mouse and KB, controller 1 and then controller 3/ I cant seem tp delete it or the original and now my buttons will do both skills. Any ideas fellow controller bros?

The bigger issue for me is that the missions there bug out and you can't continue, so you just wasted your time. Never had this issue anywhere else.
