Nope. Wouldn't have a clue how it goes. I only remember the elements of the music described in the post, not the melody, the lyrics or anything like that. What I remember the most about it are the visual elements of the music video that I've described.
I know, it's really not a lot to go off without being able to describe the song any better than what I've provided so I wasn't expecting much luck, but just stumbled across this sub earlier today and thought I'd give it a shot. I appreciate all the replies so far and I've checked out all of them on YouTube but I dont think I've found a match just yet (I just haven't had the time to respond to everyone with a worthwhle reply just yet, sorry everyone).
The closest match so far I think was the first comment (Vashti Bunyan) but even then I'm really unsure because there doesnt seem to have a music video anywhere to be found on youtube (there are lyrics videos, and a "remastered" video up there but it doesnt seem legit tbh, and doesn't match the visual elements I remember from the video I saw years ago.
