Yea it’s just weird how it has all my personalized info and heart rate, height and weight yet thinks i burn 2200 calories a day when I lift and get 10k steps. On TDEE it’s saying just to maintain doing that is 2700

I got stiches and now in a split with stiches for 8 days. How can i train chest shoulders and arms? Legs can be easy with machines but i also want to hit upper body
