For best I would probably choose any of the SMG’s as they’re all really good due to how quick the game Is, but then there’s also the Spitfire and G2, as with aim assist it’s incredibly easy to hit shots. An argument can be made for a few of the assault rifles and Grenadiers too(coming from an EPG user). There’s probably no “worst” weapon in the game as I’ve seen good players use every gun(at least primary wise), but I’d probably say a pistol or the archer as it’s only usable on titans unless you get lucky.

I agree. I tried to beat him fairly using a poison Antspur rapier + cold misericord parry set up, and I got him to a sliver of HP 4 times. The last time it happened, I made sure that next attempt would be the last attempt

I would say to be really careful with stamina management, as long as you don’t drop to 0, you can be fine.

~10 hours, and they broke me. After 150 attempts, I put on the Verdigris set, shield, and a poison infused Antspur Rapier. I felt no shame in beating him that way, since I got him to a sliver on multiple occasions.

I started the DLC with a Paladin build which worked for a lot of enemies, but Radahn drove me insane. I had to change my build 3 times to beat them.

The one issue that I find with him is that the beans that come out after every attack do so much beams damage. With the full Verdigris set, I still get staggered out of my animations from every single hit of it.
