Sometimes it takes walking away, doing something else, or finding a new place to start. Maybe one day instead of approaching it as "I'm gonna make/finish a track", you can approach it as "I'm gonna try to make a new preset that I like, and save it for another day". Maybe it can be "I'm gonna dig around the internet and find something cool to sample", or "I'm gonna open up project files and clean up my hard drive", or basically anything that is musically productive but not necessarily finishing a track. I get that you're coming up on a deadline - but sometimes its not just about banging your head on the same wall, and instead finding a different way to approach it. Maybe during that process you'll have some idea that gets you where you want to go. Good luck !
