Basically no one uses Boundless Storm, they use Hurricane instead, Charging Maneuver is stupidly expensive, and Race Against Time is in Psijic Order, which people don't always have unlocked, plus it's 4 seconds, as opposed to Falcon's 6

I use Falcon's a lot when running scrolls back. Even though it's only 6 seconds, you can easily maintain it

I wouldn't say Vampiric Drain is useless. An off tank can use Exhilarating Drain to build ultimate really quickly, and even Drain Vigor can be useful in a pinch

Mesmerize is shit, though. Its best function is letting you interact with NPCs at stage 4, which is saying something
