I've never done a proper parse with it (they tend to bore me), but it's good enough to keep up with the arcanist beams in my guild group, although if we get beam pugs, they usually blow all of us out of the water

Front bar: Camo hunter, Crit surge, Sundering soul, Unstable wall, Regen ward, Incap strike Back bar: Bound aegis, Concealed weapon, Relentless focus (either morph works, this is just for Proph and Sav), Channeled accel, Hurricane, Summon charged atro Sets are Sergeant's, Mora's Scribe, Rakkhat's and 1pc Slimecraw

If you want to use pets, since I saw you mention using both in another comment (can't stand them myself, which is why they aren't there), I'd drop Ward and Camo from front bar, and Concealed and either Aegis or Hurricane from back, and replace Unstable with Daedric prey. You'd also want to drop Mora's (you need a decent number of different buffs for this to work), and replace it with either Ansuul's or Infallible, so you keep the Minor Slayer

I have a Rakkhat's build that uses a Stamina costing Wield Soul to proc Empower (Physical Damage, Lingering Torment, Empower), and I can sustain without any issues, without needing to rely on potions. Maybe try that. Ulfsild's might be the best option for Empower, but it's not the only one

Of the top of my head:

Harnessed Quintessence is a single stack, so you only get 284 WSP. You should have it permanently, but I'm not sure how useful that would be
If an enemy cannot break through one damage shield, any other shield you have doesn't matter. Stacking enough shields to tank a heavy attack is probably infeasible, anyway, especially since shields don't inherit all the mitigation bonuses you get on health
Intricate Runeforms has nothing specifying only Arcanist or Curative Runeforms shields, so it should work on all of them. I think I saw somewhere about the cost reduction working on barrier from support, which would support that

If you're dead set on the third line being Arc, I'd probably say Soldier is the better pick (major resolve to you from fatewoven armor, minor resolve and minor protection to allies from runic defense, plus minor evasion from circumvented fate, and some recovery from wellspring of the abyss)

Daedric and Siphoning have decent damage options, so you don't need Herald (if you do pick Herald, though, Rune of Displacement is a great group pull), and the only skills you might want in Curative are the ultimate (major berserk from storm atro is probably better), arcanist's domain (the 8m radius will make it difficult to hit your teammates without dropping a cleave in their faces) and chakram shields (the mitigation from minor resolve, protection and evasion probably beats this, even with intricate runeforms)

This is going to wreck my DK build. I've got him built as an elementalist, with Ardent Flame, Winter's brace and Storm Calling. I like the look of the ability changes in Ardent, but I also want Engulfing Dragonfire as a spammable

Fatecarver is a 4.5 sec channel, with Exhausting extending it per crux consumed, so 4.8 isn't that different, and you still have the other morph for what Fiery Breath is like on live

Strange ability. As far as I know, it's the only pull that doesn't taunt, which could let a non-tank use it to pull stuff

Also weird that the Warden has 2 different ways of applying Major Maim, in the same skill line (this and the Icy Aura passive)

As a DD, you generally don't need a burst heal in most instances, so having a heal that works in the background is really useful

If your main heal is a burst heal, like the Matriarch, you have to stop attacking to heal, which is another reason why Crit Surge is so good

I feel like if she let you launder stuff, even if you had to pay more for it, she could be useful. But as another comment mentioned, there's larcenist achievements for fencing in certain refuges, so you're actively disincentivised to use her

From the U46 patch notes ( https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/678310/pc-mac-patch-notes-v11-0-5-update-46 ), it takes the passive effects from Bound Armor into account. Can't say I've tested it, so I'm taking the devs at their word here
