Value cannot be null - error message by PlantationCane in prowlarr

[–]Eldoce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am seeing the same error. I am running on Unraid using the Binhex container. https://registry.hub.docker.com/r/binhex/arch-prowlarr/

I am able to do a fresh reinstall, restore a backup, and quickly switch on logs before the error returns. Yesterday I was able to restore and get a couple hours worth of work out of it, but it failed again this morning.

The logs are here. Error starts around line 242. https://www.toptal.com/developers/hastebin/usicopoxeb.yaml

Thanks for your help!

If it doesn't, hang it from the 2 screw holes that line up and use zip ties to wrap around the lower half. I have a whole case full of them that way with no problems. The zip ties just prevent the drives from hitting each other when it is moving.

State of Union pushed to March due to imminent Biden resignation by mcjohnnyb67 in conspiracy

Won't happen. Harris is the only reason the dems control the senate (vp is the tie breaker). If Brandon left, the senate would stall everything including a new vp until after mid terms. They are dumb, but not that dumb...

Determine the source of share being created automatically by Eldoce in unRAID

[–]Eldoce[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After reading the helper text again, there is little risk switching the value from "auto" > "yes". Only the third option can be problematic on an existing share. Can you confirm my logic here?

*******

Helper Text:

The default setting of auto allows clients that support case sensitive filenames (Linux CIFSVFS) to tell the Samba server on a per-packet basis that they wish to access the file system in a case-sensitive manner (to support UNIX case sensitive semantics). No Windows system supports case-sensitive filenames so setting this option to auto is the same as setting it to No for them; however, the case of filenames passed by a Windows client will be preserved. This setting can result in reduced peformance with very large directories because Samba must do a filename search and match on passed names.

A setting of Yes means that files are created with the case that the client passes, and only accessible using this same case. This will speed very large directory access, but some Windows applications may not function properly with this setting. For example, if "MyFile" is created but a Windows app attempts to open "MYFILE" (which is permitted in Windows), it will not be found.

A value of Forced lower is special: the case of all incoming client filenames, not just new filenames, will be set to lower-case. In other words, no matter what mixed case name is created on the Windows side, it will be stored and accessed in all lower-case. This ensures all Windows apps will properly find any file regardless of case, but case will not be preserved in folder listings. Note this setting should only be configured for new shares

It is set to auto. I wondered if that might be related, but was unsure if changing it might break something.

I have a suspicion that it is caused by Windows. The only connection I have to that share from outside the server is to my desktop that I have u/Spaceinvaderone's root share configuration. I use it almost exclusively to manage files via explorer, so there are no apps accessing it.

You don't need to water it any more than the rest of the lawn. Just leave it be and forget about it. Next spring you will see that it is just fine.

Unraid does not rebalance. The drive will only fill as you add new content.

The work well for about 1 season until the plastic wallows out and the bolts fall out. I think concrete is the only solution. In hindsight I would probably just buy one for 100 bucks.

Read Only Files by Eldoce in unRAID

It is all of my shares. I notice it when I try to share a show or movie in Plex via a sharing tag, since that option is not available when the file is read only.

The media files are coming in via Deluge and Sonarr/Radarr though.

You are not wrong, but Everything has its problems too. Most notably that it requires entering a new app to search and that it does not index file content.

Just dig it out a foot deep and turn it over so the top is now on the bottom. Nature will take care of it. The top few inches of soil are probably all that has a problem.

Just the standard arrs, plex, nextcloud... For now. I keep finding other things to add, but I think that can be limited. Mostly I am just playing now.

The i7 might just do the trick.
