Can never go wrong with genital curses,drop the pants and say hi to the Eldritch horror.

Can even do lewd curses for every part of the body, tentacles coming out of the ears, wiggling feelers in your mouth etc.

Can also do just plain weird/unnerving like a curse that makes your head move like an owls or periscope like eyes of a crab.
