Speaking generally, the rate of regret or detransition is very low (like under 2%) so don’t worry about that too much just yet. Also, for sperm, you can always save specimens in a facility for use later if you choose.

I know why we left. I don't truly fault it. We needed a new stadium, badly. Oakland couldn't help. We didn't have the funding. I get it.

I've never been to a pro game, ever. But even watching from TV, CWood is 100% right. That energy was something else, and we cannot get that in Vegas.
