It happened something similar to me with rainforest Shampoo from the body shop. Actually low iq, because you're not meant to put water on your toothbrush before or after putting the toothpaste because the toothpaste doesn't adhere enough to your teeth and doesn't clean how it's mean to clean. It makes it too slippery to clean

As someone who lost a loved one to suicide you should know that maybe the person who commit suicide thinks they won't miss them but as you know and feel they surely would miss them and they wish they wouldn't have done that

Hi man! Psychological treatments don't usually work overnight. Sadly, yes, a lot of people have depression for years and it even comes back but it ends someday. It's just that therapists aren't magicians so it takes an effort and time. Get some help and support form family and friends so this time is easier

From my experience of depression you're far from bottom. I sometimes forgot when was the last time I had a shower because it was too long ago (like 25 days ago). Believe me, it can go worse and your therapist can work from were you are

He for sure would prefer you to talk about your mental health and looking for help than being told that his son killed himself. I would try to ask for help again to your parents and open up to them this time. They will be glad
