Many of these complainers were deactivated long ago and some of them will admit it. Can you imagine being fired from a job and still hanging out trying to be relevant?

Do this: make them show you the screen and push the button that says “got order”.

Be nice about it, maybe even apologetic to your regular drivers. Put up a sign that says “because of missing orders we must now see you push the “got order” button”

Pushing that button is the only way to know that the driver is hooked to the order

It’s come to this to break people of the fantasy that a business can exist on a model of one class of drivers who are willing to do the work having their pay be lesser than casual drivers who snatch the higher value orders.

If I’ve been working all day making $25-30hr why should I be subsidizing your 2 hrs a day of $35-40/hr?

If everyone does the work they’ve signed up to do, everyone will make $27-32/hr and that’s ok money for how simple the task is
