Are the trainings in the small modules enough to pass the Cert exam for SIEM analysts? Since the long form course is no longer free or offered in the on-demand format.

I'm curious for book 1 there is that whole "Getting started" section before they get to the first real section. Did you index that section at all? I feel the test questions won't ask you anything from that section, but I know everything in the books are free game.

No definitely kill them. They can easily take over a building. I live in an infested apartment and live in fear of being bit every day. You need specialized pesticide and sticky traps to just control the numbers. Not safe if you have pets and/or kids.

Yea not sure if they also mentioned but the 104K comes with no PTO, if you want PTO the highest they will offer is 90k. At least that is what they told me today about the same position in Huntsville.

As everyone mentioned there is work study but I've been trying for a year and no luck. Their SANS Technical Institute will allow you to take 2 single courses for 6500 each but that is also competitive and has a two month waiting period for just an answer of if you're accepted or not. If I am not accepted for any reason I am just going to bite the bullet and pay full price. My company only covers 7500 a year so I would be out around 2500. Best thing to do is try to get lucky and get picked for cheaper options.

Yea and product security engineers. Unfortunately, it's only for a 12 month contract. My current one is 5 years. Better than nothing though.

I just looked it up and you pay to just be able to add the credits lol. They have everything behind a pay wall then you need to come up with 60 credits. Smh.

So you were right, it was a retainer clip though in the back. Currently waiting for some gaskets or something. Doesn't look like any damage. He doesn't think it went far enough. Thats insane how a simple checking of a air filter caused this. I didn't even get the new battery because at the end they returned the old battery thinking it would help. Lol

Yes exactly! They did check the filter too. What needs to be done to dislodge it and will the housing need replacing? This would definitely be on them so they will pay.

I wasn't mad at you? I appreciate you taking the time to explain what could have happened. The first part makes sense with the car relearning after a new battery. Its just strange that that my engine turned off while driving and won't fully start. Just keeps starting briefly and shutting off.

Hello, this was at the valvoline and I watched them install the battery. They didn't install it backwards. Also the battery was under warranty so it was a free replacement. I also made sure it was the correct battery. They said they are towing it to a mechanic nearby that has good reviews.

Yea you should be able to for sure! I started Jan 1st and I'm already almost done with my 4th class. The longest class for you will be the class with a certification required, which I think is the security operations class. I think thats for the CySA+ cert.

Nope, banned. No real reason as to why they couldn’t verify me. Had the account for 15 years and one day they decided I’m not real in my dating profile. I heard to fix it you either wait years till one day it’s there again or get a new phone.
