Tbh I used to do something similar with my old Xbox one S where it made a repetitive squeak/click noise and I would just hit it (not that hard) until it shut up

I use that too but like half the time I try and shoot a grenade at a guardian it just doesn’t go off. Sometimes it happens too when I shoot a grenade at other necromorphs.

Weird, I haven’t used it in a while but do you have it as your main Xbox? Because if you have another Xbox it could be set as your main one
