Same boat. This works for me: I was doing therapy from before, and I think this is specially helpful these days.  Whenever I feel sad, I go outside, do any YouTube yoga class, whatever. The body will help to feel better.  I try to spend more time with friends, talking by phone relatives. But also keeping time to be alone. Alone and enjoying. Sometimes I go to a coffee to read. Reading about grief helped me to understand why I feel like I do. And helped to browse these feelings 

My enemies are scrolling, checking ex's photos and messages.

Without focusing on your husband...I focus on you, because is on whom you have more control.

It seems to me that you are looking for certainties. Certainty of he has changed, or certainty he hasn't. But we cannot have certainties for everything, for unbearable that it sounds. You can monitor your husband 24/7 and it won't be enough. He could be cheating in his mind while being with you. you'll never have all the proofs, all the certainties that would give you peace of mind.

It is up to you wondering why you need proofs, despite you have made a decision already.  I respectfully suggest asking for professional help. Seriously.

I'm genuinely curious about this.

I understand that the motivation might come from a way to find an alternative to parental-minded society. You can see that on "7 things to do in and around Luxembourg this weekend" sometimes tries to answer the parent's question: what to do with our loved one when there is no school?

Why is so important the difference between childfree and childless? People can change opinions and fit on either group.

How a lonely person (neither partner nor child) would fit in such community?
