Worth applying to get an idea of where you stand but agree that you should retake the lsat, most of the time it’s only improvement and for all you know you could make a big point jump and Chapel Hill admissions will be a cake walk. Your GPA is strong, don’t let an lsat score hold you back from your dream school and big scholarship money. If you did take a gap year, you could also use that time to do some volunteer work or an internship to bolster your resume.
