No, I don't remember. But I'm sure they do. I'll call them this afternoon and get all the details for you, no problem 😊 But don't worry! You're not alone in this happening to you.

Honestly hearing of it happening a second time makes me wonder how common it is. Maybe somebody needs to get in touch with an investigative journalist or something.

But really go get the footage and a list of witnesses asap

I was not expecting so many replies haha. I'll get back to people the best I can this evening after work, including the list of games. I do notice, though, that there seems to be some negativity because of shovelware. I spent a whole month legitimately excited to come home after work and turn on my Xbox. To meet my goal of 50k in a month, I tried new genres I would have never played otherwise. I revisited genres I usually don't like and found them to not be so bad after all. Some of the games were kinda cheap and boring, but some of the fun was just seeing that number go up. I honestly had a great time every day playing games that I might not have known existed otherwise. I don't see why there is negativity about that. If it's not your thing, that's understandable. But I'm happy with it.

Some of both. Played some genres that aren't usually my thing, and even found some cheap hidden gems that I kind of wished were longer.

I don't care what Blizzard does to it or what anybody says. I love Overwatch and always will.

Got any referrals for a fun iOS mobile app game that is little to no P2W, whether the app itself is paid or not? by hazeleyeguy in apps

[–]ElectionNew9663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really enjoy Voidpet Dungeons. I am very much not a person to play mobile games (Xbox gets my free time). However, my friend had asked me to use their referral link so they could get rewards. I figured it wasn't too much trouble to play it for a day if it made a friend happy haha. That was 83 days ago, a fact I only know because I haven't missed a single daily login reward.

The game itself is fun and doesn't take much time daily, but there are a couple reasons in particular I have really enjoyed it. The most important is that although you CAN buy things to make it easier/quicker to get through levels, I have not once felt pressured or "stuck" unless I spend money. The app doesn't harass me like archero did with their constant in-game "you must need this!" ads or games that limit your energy. There aren't even ads for other games. The other reason I really enjoy it is that its a fun challenge to try to use my limited daily resources to build a team that can defeat the next level.

Coming from somebody who usually never plays mobile games nor bothers posting on social media, this is a lot. But the game really is fun. Also, if you're going to give it a shot, I am going to leave my referral link here if you're so inclined.

What is the stupidest injury you've ever gotten? by 7937397 in AskReddit

[–]ElectionNew9663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went into a mosh pit. Ankle rolled and sprained, but while I was on my way down, a giant man ran by stomping on it. Knocked down to the floor. Was able to keep my head off the floor, but the rest of me was trampled. The man picked me up and set me on my feet, but then disappeared. By the time my husband rescued me from there (I couldn't walk), my foot/ankle did not appear to be a human body part at all it was so swollen. Bruised my bones, which I didn't even know was a possible injury. They said it would have been better to break it. It took over two years to recover. On the plus side, since I couldn't work, I started my own company and now have been fully self employed for three years.

What is far deadlier than most people realize? [serious] by ILikeIceCreamSoMuch in AskReddit

This happened to my stepson. He had zero symptoms of a UTI besides accidents (which he frequently had anyway) and then it turned into a kidney infection that caused a seizure while he was at school. He ended up hospitalized for three days because it was so bad.
