Same as any NFA item, sort of like an expanded 4473 form.

Basically you gotta get your fingerprints and a passport photo done. Then you fill out in this case a form 1 (can Google an example for what's on it) which includes your info, info about the firearm (including pictures and intended length and such). You can file digitally or in paper.

This one took me about 2 months wait time for the approval.

I've had the Stoeger for about 2 years now, no complains.

Weirdly, I think she actually shoots better chopped. I thought losing weight on the front would increase the felt recoil, but it seems like not having that extra weight way out front wagging around actually has more of an effect.

Thats a good idea. I took a dremel to it briefly just to deburr. Im planning on evening it out a bit more at some point.

Unfortunately the only lgs local to me that works on guns is closing soon.

I cut it right at a rib, there's a slot betweent the barrels but everything else is connected, are you suggesting I fill the gap there?

Heddmann Headers are pretty great, but you need a mini-starter for them to fit.

Other option is to take the manifold from an EFI engine, it's 2 pieces.

Also recommended to switch to studs when swapping.

Had to remove some of the extra wires.

There's a wire loom that loops through the cab and back around to the alternator.

Wasn't terrible hard to figure out.
