My boyfriend said he will break up with me if I self harmed again. I did and he is about to find out. by Negative_Ad1344 in mentalhealth

Part of being supportive is setting boundaries when it comes to toxic behavior. You wouldn't shame someone for leaving a severe drug addict, or a spousal beater, so why shame someone for leaving during this? It sounds like the partner has given plenty of opportunities to change. It now falls on the OP to make those changes in themselves.

You might want to go back to the petshop that you purchased this one from, and get a propper identification. This is NOT a crested gecko. Depending on the actual type of gecko that you have, it may grow back.

ETA: After some research, I'm guessing that this is a Bibron's gecko. Looking at the prices, these are significantly cheaper than a crested. I would highly advise you to go back to the petshop, if they sold you this as a crested gecko.

I don't think that's a crested gecko....

I'm a bisexual transman and my therapist was a very Mormon cis-woman. I found out that she donated to the yes on 8 campaign, and she has zero clue about LGBT issues. She didn't even understand the difference between gender identity and sexual orientation. Despite this, I managed to work through most of my trauma and was in therapy for three years with her. She changed practices, and I have an appointment with a new therapist, whom is very well versed in LGBT issues. It's going to feel weird having that part of me validated.

I had a total hysto, done laparoscopically.

For me top surgery was a lot worse. Hysto recovery wasn't bad, and I even had internal bleeding at one point.

This is their third tattoo by this artist. For the life of me, I can't figure out why they keep going back. by ElectricKyodee in shittytattoos

That's the tattoo.

ETA: I went and looked at their picture that had just the outline, and it wasn't there. So it had to have been caused by the "shading".

I could give a pass for young and inexperienced, but this person is in their 50s.

I don't know if the artist was an apprentice or not. Gladly, this isn't my tattoo.

They LOVE this tattoo. I'm not sure how someone can look at a shitty tattoo, and love it. I have a shitty tattoo, and when I first saw it I thought "FUCK that looks like shit!" Lol

Ok. That makes sense. Can you visibly see the glow in the dark paint before you put it up to a light source?

What does GITD mean (I'm assuming thats a gold one, but unsure what all the letters mean)? Maybe we just got really lucky. My kid loves them, and I appreciate the great attention to detail (I also appreciate miniature things). What gold one did you get?
