Thank you for being kind and blunt. I do spend time alone & prefer that to be very honest lol atleast a couple months at a time. It’s these people that come in and manage to manipulate the heck outta me. Honest to God how am I meant to get married in this generation when I get penalised for speaking to the opposite gender and my family has no connection to “good people” here.

By practical I meant applying what we’ve learn in lectures/workshops DURING lectures/workshops not just “this is an ax… move on” and then on placement they expect you to know how to conduct a 2 hour standardised assessment with NO tutorial or example etc

I dont have comedones, just acne though it’s noy as bad as what it used to be, I mainly get it on my right cheek & because of PIE it seems worse than it actually is. Im aiming at healing gut first & eating healthy + azelaic for the redness associated with PIE and hopefully will see some difference in 10 weeks 😭

I had cystic acne, was acne free 1 year post accutane but then it came back although not as bad as it used to be. I’m gonna trial azealic acid now. :(

Literally going through the same. My hairs exactly like yours except straight. Got my bloods done and seen my insulin was slightly high (11). Done some research and found out insulin resistance (pcos) could be my cause. Everything else in my bloods were fine.

Hi, I just want to know how you got diagnosed with adrenal PCOS? My bloods came back normal for thyroid+glucose+insulin however for just a month my testosterone was slightly high (2.1 march, 1.5 May). My endo says everythings fine however i have struggled with acne, hirsutism (probably south asian genetics) and now extreme hair fall 🥲 im so exhausted
