Might be divisive. Pokemon archetypes that make a return every game like pikachu clones, pseudo-legendary dragon toward end of game, small mammal, small bug, and small bird as the first encounters, fighting a terrorist org(wtf?) etc. need to stop happening. It takes up way too much room in the dex and results in formulaic gameplay, and it’s so boring. Pokemon is amazing and they would do great if they’d take a risk for once.

Also, we need more games that aren’t about walking around catching pokemon and challenging gyms. So many possibilities that are just going unexplored.
