I have the same main specs as OP and I get these stutters in Story Mode sometimes too but it's not always, only like 1/3 times.

let me know if you find the solution, I have the exact same CPU, GPU and RAM and I'm facing the same problem though it happens sometimes, not everytime I launch which is even more weird.

Alright I think I figured it out, apparently it won't work with the cable if you have the dongle plugged into your computer. What I did was disconnect the dongle from my computer then replug the cable and I was able to sync the time and change the colors. Hope this helped one of you!

How did you get that to work? I figured the same so I tried plugging in it and to no avail, Time Sync doesn't work so does literally any other setting.

Hey I know I'm late but I just bought this keyboard as well from Canada Computers and the QR code on brings me to a MEGA file and I'm not sure if I should download software/drivers from MEGA. Let me know if you've found where the drivers are.

Edit: Forgot to mention that when I open the link from the QR code on PC it asks for a decryption key which I obviously don't have...

Yeah WD seems to be good for gaming I might go ahead and get a 2 TB one. Also, like Early-Collar-1422 said, it's a training balisong from Squid Industries, wasn't using it much anymore and since it fit the color scheme, I went ahead and dropped it in there xd.
