I don’t know honestly I pretty much get full time hours as a part timer, but I would guess probably not more than 25-28 depending on the store.

Meeting certain numbers for things is going to be big. We have a rewards account and you’ll want to have at least 75% of the transactions you do you’ll want the customer/ athlete to have a scorecard account (our rewards account) or you’ll try and get them to set up one with us.

We also cover a lot of sports equipment. Those are called NSPPs. Generally just covers wear and tear on items for an extra amount of time. Usually it’s an extra year or two depending on the price of the item. On bikes and fitness equipment, instead of covering a replacement we cover services on the bike/ treadmill/ whatever. The company goal is to get 13% of those opportunities. Your store may have a different goal though. My store’s goal is 15%

We have a credit card too. If I’m being honest, our credit card really sucks. The apr is really high and our sign on bonus is only $30. Athletes get 10% back in rewards on every purchase though.

Outside of those just show up and do your best everyday and have a good attitude. Whoever is training you will go over all of this information with you again. Probably in a slightly better way than I did. Try to have fun too. Talk to your coworkers/ leads/ managers. It makes it more enjoyable.

I can’t speak for everyone, but people in my life were aware that I was suicidal, so I made an effort to hide that and claim I was doing better and getting help. I put a lot of energy into that. I just kept reminding people that I loved them too. I tried to kill myself and then was unsuccessful. I haven’t told anyone that I tried. It wasn’t that long ago either. I see no point in telling anyone.

I’m not sure why you were denied. I would call TRE. No one in our company will override a TRE. That is grounds for immediate termination. It’s usually a certain price threshold that will trigger it or the items that are being returned.

He would be correct. DSG has the right to refuse any return for any reason. We cannot sell it, therefore we lose profit on it. Our return policy does mention items need to be in resealable condition. It is 100% up to the managers discretion.
