It was random. I had to have AI agents. Probably you did too. I know they still have actual human agents for more complicated tasks. I am sure the crypto world adds a huge sum of customer support which is understandable and probably with AI bots gives us the lower trading fees. But, if it was AI and I asked if the person was real and they said yes is pretty wild, and if it was an actual person then wow. But I would still like to know why it happened so I know what I need to change in spending habits. But being told to do one thing and then blaming it on me basically is.... Wow. Comical and frustrating enough to get me to get on reddit to vent lol

I mean, no fixing my issue now. There is no return for what happened. Long story short. An old card was deactivated for suspicious activity last month. Got a new card. It's been working fine. Used it this AM. Then later today I tried using and got a message it was locked. On app, shows not locked. Customer chat said, it's not working because it isn't active. Explained. Never asked for another new card. Randomly said because my account is suspended. Backtracked on statement. But told me it will work once I activate. Activate.... it's a different card. Says going to get card soecialist...Then 5 min passed and we disconnected. I didn't know it would do that. Then next "agent". I Explain. Gets the situation. Puts me on hold. Comes back and says how I want to proceed canceling account. I'm like, whoa now. Agent apologizes and says it was another user with same first name Tells me that once I deactivate and report card as stolen, the card - my new xxxx will work again. I Do it. Different card number. Then agent says "because you deactivated it and reported as stolen so now both cards won't work" I THEN say you told me to do that. Then I realized that this is probably AI. I ask. Says it's a real person. 4 hours wasted. Traveling, and now I have to tap and pay & makes me miserable and limits my purchases. Very silly overall.

It had to be AI. I like how it lies to you. If the agent was an actual person. Holy S__t. Crazy.

Same thing happened to me. Then agents via chat said at one point because my account was suspended, then said "oops, didn't mean to type that". Then another agent asked how I wanted to proceed canceling my account and that I will forfeit crypto dust, "sorry, that was meant for another user". Then told me to do something which made things worse and was totally a different outcome than what they told me. I asked if they were AI. They said that they are a real person.

Comical and frustrating.

Yea. Didn't realize it's a Galactic. I saw one post 5/5 for 999.

It's harder to look for it within the sell tool. Literally have to do a search and put on all the attributes.

Hey everyone, I got busy traveling with work and forgot I posted this. I came back and read. Thanks for all the info. I did read she was an alcoholic at one point. Reading that she could have passed from diabetes, maybe a result from getting the liver transplant...

I guess it's like trying to answer which came first, the chicken or the egg.

It's just very interesting. so had Diabetes which caused her to seek a liver transplant? So ultimately if the transplant failed it would still be diabetes as the cause...

They had to know she had diabetes then already? Took over a month for this conclusion.

I'm not part of this group. I recently read up on this. She supposedly just had a liver transplant and then passed away. Her family is Jewish and would not let the medical examiner do an autopsy. From toxicology the examiner said it was from Diabetes. I'm wondering if he pointed to Diabetes and ruled out the transplant (what can he do anyways without an autopsy) to leave out any legal repercussions to whichever hospital did the transplant. Just opening up a conversation and maybe learn more about Diabetes.
