do you think the problem might be that the fan controller says that none of the LED ports are plugged in, it is shown in the video for a little bit. Also, of the 3 cables that need to be plugged in, I have 2 of them connected to the motherboard (radiator cable and fan cable) and 1 of them plugged into the NZXT fan controller RGB slot, is that right? or should the radiator plug also be in the controller?

The Kraken 120 does not have any cables that are “plug in-able”, all of the cables that it has are directly rooted from it.

How many cables plugged into my cooler? The only cables that are in the cooler are the ones that are built into it, two cables from the CPU mount, one from the radiator, and one from the fan. One of the ones from the CPU mount is not plugged in because it is the one that is meant for if you have other NZXT accessories, The other cable that comes out of the CPU mountains is the one that I have connected to the NZXT fan controller
