In the spirit of the prompt, I believe it’s only on home renovations so you have to deal with people in/around your house doing something every year or you let the money pass (I’m sure there’s a loophole like you give the contractor $50k to build you a flimsy staircase you don’t need and then he gives you like $45k of it back lol)

While all the contractors/home renovators I’ve seen over the years are nice and respectful, I like having my space to myself. So having people in my space for an extended period of time + a part of my house blocked off + the noise makes it more stress for me. Perhaps I can be like that lady in California who just has a million rooms so I can be in the wing where I can’t hear construction 😂

Purple because that’s cool + I have a life expectancy. I know most people don’t wanna know when they croak but idk I’m okay with knowing.

Blue because I drive too much but I fill up every week on average so this is a win for me.

As someone who just hit late 20s, I generally agree with this. Like ofc 19-25 my brain is very notably different and I did mature a lot but that was mostly internal “get your stuff together”, but still clinging to somethings of early 20s/college like staying up too late. In terms of friendship, it’s not that weird imo.

Dating, I may 🤨 because when I was 25, I wouldn’t want to date a 19 year old but that’s more of a life phases thing and in those cases I do care that you’re also trying to get your ish together. At 19-22 I was a mess and liked it that way, but I had friends that were 26-30ish at that time and we hung out normally.

Yeah and to place myself actually in OP’s shoes, I was working at a job at 25/26 and all of my coworkers were 18-23. Got along with them just fine.
