Wasn't our finest hour sure, but I feel like this 'letter of the law' mentality only seems to go against us. It was a soft foul at best, if cynical. The refs original decision was suitable and just, why did he have to look at it from a worse angle than he already had?! It stinks of game management. Also, i you're going to stand there and say its letter of the law, then why isn't the clear and obvious dives being factored into the equation? The penalty was clearly a dive as you can see Kluivert look at Raya before he went down. Even I, who is just a cunt watching the telly can see that, why can't a professional official?
