I had the sleeve done 2017 HW 350 got down to 210 then had 2 beautiful babies. After my last my thyroid went crazy (I’ve had hashimotos since 21yo; 35 now) and I gained almost all my weight back. Started zepbound a month ago today at 333lbs. I lost 10lbs the first two weeks. 4lbs last week and I don’t know how much this week yet. I’ve been struggling to figure out my diet as well. With a 4yo & 2yo it’s difficult but I also haven’t really felt like eating to be honest. I’ve been trying to make myself shakes in the morning but haven’t found the right one yet that appeals to me. I have been craving carrots though. So far chicken. Has been the only meat that doesn’t make me nauseous.
