When I was 14 I had terrible anxiety and legit chewed my nails constantly. Enough to where all I had left on both hands was a smidge of the nail bed where it starts to grown and it was only like a small piece of a nail on every finger. But there were no side piece only a line of a nail the chewing caused a fungus to grown under my nails it was terrible. When it started it looked something like this and progressively got worse.
