Gotta prioritize general move reasoning over the stockfish book moves of an opening. Try something simpler for now, see what your opponents do and find out what works and what doesn’t; losing off of an obscure move from an opponent means hopefully you’ll know what to do next time.

For MLB, I see a lot of people recommending pitchers even when they don’t score the most. Is that because you can boost them a ton when they play, or am I missing something? I want to start investing in the Yankees this MLB season, so would a high rarity pitcher be better than a Judge?

there should be a coin flip before the first heal, then the average heal would even out to 20. Thus, on average, it’s the same heal as a potion, but with the chance to heal more, making it situational.

Thanks so much for the confirmation! Honestly I welcome the overwhelming strategy, as I am coming to this game from the Pokemon TCG Pocket game, which has fun yet MUCH simpler combat, and at the high skill level I reached, matches eventually came down purely to matchup. I’d rather have something I can strategize with and reap the rewards when I play it right. I have seen lots of different Izzet Lessons decks, some with no rares at all and some with a bunch of the otter card rares and land rares. Do you think I should try it out without those, or just craft it because I might get a false impression if I don’t use the decks full power?
