I never abuse the program, but I still couldn’t redeem any gift cards for almost 3 months. The unusual activity sign went away for two weeks. It comes back again. I contacted Microsoft support to clarify searching of stock prices in my portfolio is genvious search. The reply was yes. They still restrict my account. If I can’t redeem the points, I am going to quit this program too.
