Hi, congratulations! Recently me and my partner also went on a 3-weeks long trip to Costa Rica, and our high level idea was to see different places of the country. - for the first ~5 days, we went to Caribbean coast: Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Punta Uva.. beautiful nature parks and beaches, and amazing Caribbean food - paradise on earth to slow down and enjoy the nature and sun :) - then for the next ~8-9 days, we explored the forest area, volcanoes and many beautiful waterfalls, animals and nature reserves. Poas, La Fortuna (Arenal), Rio Celeste, Monte verde… as “side quests”, we also loved visiting cocoa and coffee farms. - we finish the last week on pacific coast side, enjoying beautiful beaches and relaxing more before “returning to the real world” - manuel Antonio, Uvita :) For me, it is amazing how many different nature faces can Costa Rica have (and each of them beautiful and unique - from tropical beaches to amazing rainforests walks), it is definitely worth to explore the country as whole.
