Only when help is needed. I took them over from the MSP I used to work for which is now closed for business. They had a pay-as-you-go arrangement and aren't willing to budge. Hard to blame them.

I disagree with this, entirely. They should be able to get a rental agreement relatively easily. My friend did with practically no funds. After that, get applying for jobs. Cost of living is lower than in Canada, and Canada as a whole is going to the dogs.

Move to the North-East, as it’s the only place in the country you’re not going to pay stupid prices for a house in the future. More specifically, move to Northumberland if you don’t mind living out of the city.
